If you disagree with any part, you must not access the Service. Taslcore AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Taslcore AI provides an artificial intelligence powered workflow management system designed to assist with project coordination, content generation, data analysis, and routine task automation. The Service includes but is not limited to: AI-assisted project dashboards, predictive analytics, document processing, and API integrations with third-party tools. All features are subject to change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Taslcore AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You shall not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Service; (c) upload malicious code or content that infringes intellectual property rights; (d) use automated scripts to scrape or harvest data without written permission.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, algorithms, trademarks (Taslcore AI), logos, design, and content generated by the platform (excluding user-provided data) remain the exclusive property of Taslcore AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business or personal purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit authorization.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. You retain ownership of any data or content you upload, but you grant Taslcore AI a worldwide license to host, transmit, and process such data solely to provide and improve the Service. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The AI assistant generates responses based on patterns and data. Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for high-stakes decisions. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on AI-generated content. You agree not to use the Service for generating misleading information, harassment, or any activity violating third-party rights. Taslcore AI reserves the right to monitor usage and restrict access if misuse is detected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taslcore AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) during the twelve months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taslcore AI, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately without prior notice for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
